A 30-minute assessment of body strength, endurance, flexibility, balance & agility to better understand your overall health, know your limitations and increase your fitness level.
Assessments are by appointment only.
Clients under a doctor's care or recently ill/injured will need medical clearance to participate in any session(s).

Are you a caregiver or know someone who is - or was?
This 45-minute class focuses on stretches (static & dynamic), easy yoga moves along with fellowship amongst those who understand what a caregiver goes through.
Have a mat and chair handy and RELAX!
Some stretches and yoga moves may not be suitable for those with specific medical issues such as osteoporosis, high blood pressure, glaucoma, etc... Please check with your doctor to know your limitations.

Class format: warm-ups exercises, Timed Rounds of activity (not exclusively)
Equipment varies, usually minimal if any- Light hand weights, resistance bands, mat, chair...
Cool down stretches, some floor work.
*Please do not eat a full meal at least one hour prior to class. Light snack if needed.
